Wayne is the company's longest-tenured full-time employee, joining the company in 1987. He has been a key player in business development, helping to grow the business ten-fold since his arrival. Wayne's done it all, from direct sales to installation. He also was instrumental in introducing computer automation for various tasks to maximize efficiency. Wayne continues to develop new business in addition to his office duties, which include management of sales, accounts receivable and general front-office operations.
